Cenova Command 1.0.1 v1.0.1

A maintenance and refinement release: new scan execution control (manual trigger, stop a running scan, bulk exclude paths), batch hash computing for faster deduplication, functional and in-product guidance improvements, plus a range of bug fixes. It installs directly over 1.0 with all data preserved.
