What to include ​
The more context you can give us up front, the faster we can help. If you can, please share:
- What you were trying to do — the workflow or feature you were using
- What happened — the error message, unexpected behaviour, or screenshot
- Cenova version — visible at the bottom of the Cenova web UI
- Environment — Windows version, browser, and roughly how big the dataset is
Don't worry if you don't have all of it — send what you can and we'll take it from there.
