Hi 👋 — we're the Cegal Geoscience Support team, and we're here to help you get the most out of Cenova. Whether something isn't working, you've got a question, or you just want to share an idea, we'd love to hear from you.

Best when you want to track a case, share screenshots or logs, or follow up on something you've reported before.

You'll get a ticket number, email updates as we make progress, and a full history of the conversation in one place.


What to include ​

The more context you can give us up front, the faster we can help. If you can, please share:

  • What you were trying to do — the workflow or feature you were using
  • What happened — the error message, unexpected behaviour, or screenshot
  • Cenova version — visible at the bottom of the Cenova web UI
  • Environment — Windows version, browser, and roughly how big the dataset is

Don't worry if you don't have all of it — send what you can and we'll take it from there.


Got an idea or some feedback? ​

We're actively shaping what comes next in Cenova, and your input genuinely influences the Roadmap. If you've got a feature request, a workflow that could be smoother, or just a "wouldn't it be nice if…", drop us a line through either channel above.
